We booked the presidential suite expecting everything to be ready, but ended up calling for basics like soap and tissue paper. The fridge had to be replaced, too. It's a beautiful hotel, but the service leaves a lot to be desired, and the centrally powered AC never seemed cool enough 😑

The breakfast spread was my favorite part of the two nights. I wasn't thrilled with the price for the room, though I heard Owerrin hotels generally charge more in December. From my room on the 3rd floor, I could hear the lounge/club on the 6th floor late into the night. The music kept me awake until they turned it off.

A really nice hotel, with one of the best services in owerri imo state.

The staff were polite, the food was good, and the smart TV was great for entertainment, with Netflix and you tube. The rooms are nice, but the place seems to get overwhelmed when full. There were some leaks in the 3rd floor ceiling, maybe from broken pipes, and the shower drain was a bit clogged. There's no menu in the room, and the night club upstairs can get noisy.

My cousin sister says we're coming back this Christmas, and I agreed. Breakfast was so nice, especially the moi moi, which I hadn't had that good in a long time. The staff were courteous, and I had an exquisite executive room with AC chilling very well. I had a little glitch before check-in, but the Operations Manager, a very playful guy, sorted it out and specifically told reception to put me on the third floor.
