The staff and management were well behaved. Security, power supply, and internet service all get a 💯 from me.

The room count is small, so getting a reservation can be difficult. Once there, though, the new rooms feel modern and cozy, and the toilets are decent. The shower water pressure needs work, and the food and service are a bit below par. At 40k to 45k, I think the price is fair.

The service was great, with staff who greeted me with lovely smiles. Management was impeccably professional, and the facilities are modern. I had a great time here.

There isn't much parking in the compound, but the wooden staircase is neat. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with nicely decorated bathrooms, and room service is prompt.

It took you weeks to answer my questions about booking and payment. When Chioma, your so-called manager or whoever, finally responded, there was no apology or remorse. The customer service was rude and poor, and the hotel isn't even a 5 star place.
