Immaculate Golden Hotels

The place was awful from check-in to checkout. I had to switch rooms three times before I got one with a toilet seat. Staff kept blaming their poor responses on renovations, but that didn’t account for dirty, unrepaired rooms. We had to pay the restaurant separately instead of charging meals to our room, and I had to call the manager just to get the kitchen to make food. I also had to argue with the manager to get the promised breakfast. Even basic things like tissues and sugar cubes were rationed as if they were diamonds. When we left, the receipt they gave us showed a lower amount than we had paid.

A cockroach was in the room, and the bathroom was dirty. There was no phone or breakfast either, though they were still charging premium room prices during renovations. A bottle of beer cost #3700 and a can of malt #2000. I paid 17k for a plate of jolouf rice, with no bottle or even a glass of water.

It has a luxurious international style, with service for all kinds of people. It feels like a dream home or paradise for a vacation or business trip, whether you're with family, friends, or kids. I’d recommend it for business plans or a holiday.

The food is nice and the rooms are comfortable, but the cleaning needs work. Finding hair clogging the bathroom sink was disgusting. The lights kept cutting in and out, too, and I’m not sure if that’s normal there. Something else I noticed: the front desk women would say there was no network and ask guests to pay into their personal accounts.
