The rooms looked nothing like the pictures online, and the stay was a huge disappointment. My husband and I had booked ahead and received a confirmation email 2-3 days before arriving, but reception apparently had no record of it. We weren't welcomed properly, and the staff helping us didn't seem to know what they were doing. We had to switch rooms three times because each one had a problem, either a broken shower or faulty AC. Towels, soap, and toilet paper were missing too. None of that is acceptable for basic hotel rooms.

It feels dated in there and could use some attention.

That peaceful feeling around the pool made it easy to stay in the water longer than planned. There are safety precautions too, including life buoys, so even kids who can't swim yet can enjoy the pool. The 12 pictures I shared around the swimming pool probably explain my 5-star rating. Inviting is the one word that comes close to describing Tiffany. If you're planning a relaxing break, give it a try. It may be just the calm spot you need next time.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and they do their best to keep the large property clean. The food was tasty, though the prices felt high: ₦4500 for indomie and eggs, ₦1500 for tea, and ₦2000 for Milo 😂. I paid ₦5000 for Afang soup and complained because I could hardly find the cow head meat I had ordered. They only apologized. The hotel is very close to Port Harcourt airport, which makes it convenient if that's what you're after, and the price is budget level. The infrastructure reflects that, though. It feels like a promising idea without enough funding, and the facilities need a serious upgrade. The current pricing may make that harder. With its huge grounds, it would need investment to become a proper boutique hotel. My experience was mixed, and I hope management can secure investment for the property and meeting hall.

I haven't been there myself, but friends have, and this is what I heard from them. They described it as a world-class hotel with good pool service, room care, security checks, and someone watching the cars. They also said it's consistently clean and well looked after. Sounds like it lives up to the hype.
