The rooms were really clean, and the power supply was almost constant. I had a good stay, though their service still has room to improve.

The staff were lovely and the food was good. But the place needs renovation. The doors look dated, the beds are out of style, and the mattresses are so weak they leave you aching and with back pain. They should put a phone in the security gatehouse, improve the TV channels, and take the leaking rooms seriously.

Genesis Cottage is tucked into a quiet corner in the middle of town, and the staff have that friendly, old-fashioned guesthouse manner. It felt like a quiet, clean and safe stop on a business trip. The food is decent and budget friendly too, thanks to its connection with the Genesis franchise. I'd happily stay again.

After a really busy day, it's a calm place to get proper rest. The staff all work smoothly and seem to do it with real joy.

Genesis Cottage is okay, but it's kind of hidden. I had to go all the way around the street before Google Maps helped me find it.
