The stay was enjoyable and peaceful, with a great atmosphere and professional staff. The only problem was the lift, which kept shutting down when the power went out.

The location was central but still peaceful, and my room was clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. Having a pool and restaurant added to the stay. I had a fantastic time at Genesis Hotel in Port Harcourt, highly recommend it.

I liked how quiet it was, and the staff's customer focused attitude helped make up for a few lapses. They could still improve how quickly they respond when customers need something.

The place was clean and spacious, and the staff were courteous. I couldn't get hot water in the bathroom, and the shower head was faulty. Maintenance tried their best to sort it out, and if another room is available, you can switch to one that works properly. Some amenities didn't meet my expectations.

We had a conference there, and it worked well as a meeting place. The setting was neat and quiet, the reception was relaxed, and the air conditioning and toilets were in excellent shape. Lunch was tasty, especially the Chinese fried rice. Staff were just okay. I didn't go into the rooms, but there is a swimming pool.
