The staff were pleasant, the food was nice, and the location felt safe and central. Still, both the meals and accommodation seemed overpriced for what was offered.

The rooms were very neat, the beds were comfortable, and the surroundings were peaceful with beautiful decor and power available 24 hours a day. Staff were professional, courteous, and very responsive. It's also easy to get to parks and eateries. There were some drawbacks: no WiFi or gym, and the window-unit AC cooled the room but didn't make it cold. The bed blocked the wardrobe from opening properly, and the room door didn't shut right. Food was pricey, and the security staff need to be as polite and courteous as the rest of the team. I enjoyed my stay overall; it was comfortable.

The local food was delicious, and the rooms were neat and comfortable. There’s good parking in a peaceful, quiet setting, which made it a nice place to relax while traveling. The hotel keeps making an effort to improve.

The reception was okay, and the housekeepers were always ready to help, but the hotel has gone downhill from the clean, beautiful place it used to be. It feels more like a chalet now. Most staff aren’t very courteous anymore, apart from the bar guy and one chubby cleaner. The kitchen team needs a lot of customer service training, and the old toilet tiles are an eyesore.
