We held our end-of-year party by the pool. The view was good.

From beside the pool, there's a view of a lake and a cool breeze. I had a great experience.

The meal took over 30 minutes even though it was supposed to arrive in 10-15. When it came, there was no water to wash our hands, and then no drinking water either. The soup was overly salty and the meat was tough. I raised all of this with one of the waiters. The service was very poor.

It's a new facility with wonderful staff, but there's no variety of food to choose from. That's not good for a new hotel, and they'll need to step up their game to stay relevant in the business.

The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel still looks to be in good condition and seems well managed.
