I've stayed here twice, for weeks on both visits, and can confidently say it's a lovely hotel. The grounds are peaceful, the rooms are neat and spacious, and the staff are helpful and friendly. They have 24-hour power, a bush bar, and the food they serve is extremely delicious. I'd recommend it.

4/10
It looked nice from outside, but the service was really terrible. In my room, the TV was off to the side, so I had to watch it while lying in bed. There was no hot water or refrigerator, and the kitchen had no food. They couldn't even microwave snacks for my guest. The room arrangement was poor. Maybe I just got a bad room, but the service overall was poor enough that I couldn't stay another day and had to find another hotel.

The main drawback is the limited parking. Otherwise, things run smoothly, the staff are pleasant, and the rooms are spacious. It works well for a quick stay in GRA Phase 2, close to a major mall, a cinema, and a good restaurant.

10/10
The rooms are pretty boring, though the entrance and reception feel welcoming. The facility is very clean and has a distinctive design.

It's manageable enough, but the rooms haven't been properly treated and there isn't enough bedding for the beds. Maintenance needs to improve, especially for the price.
