SMD Hotel and Suites

I paid 35k for an upstairs room. It was nice and cozy, but the service made the stay frustrating and boring. The TV wasn't working. When I asked for help, the receptionist acted like I couldn't use a remote. Someone eventually came to look at it but couldn't fix it, so I had to use my phone for the whole stay. She was also extremely rude to my guest, who had only asked for the WiFi password. There was no telephone directory in the room, so reaching reception or other services was difficult. The staff in general were unruly and reluctant to help. When I went down to buy water, the staff member on duty was more interested in watching a movie on his phone than serving me. Their rudeness put me off calling reception or the restaurant for anything. I won't be visiting again. 💔

Elegant, awesome, and full of class.

A good place, designed and built by Angon Engineering Ltd Ph

I liked the environment and the room I got. The accommodation was very cheap, which is where the four stars come from. Their food, though, is quite expensive. The rice I was served had been frozen and then reheated, which isn't a good way to serve it.
