The rooms were roomy and clean, with great vintage style, and the beds were big and comfortable. The staff were professional and wonderful. Getting around was easy too, with good access roads to shopping malls, markets, banks, and other places, and it was easy to get in and out of the city.
The one clear plus is the affordable rate. There's also a decent gym and the staff are polite. But the rooms feel damp and smell musty, the lights and AC are very poor, and there's no water heater in the bathroom. The showerhead is basically just a tap. The sheets are low quality, and the blanket leaves lint all over your clothes. Their front desk shows a 7.5 JumiaTravel rating, but I wouldn't trust it 😠
The rooms are fine and the surroundings are nice, and I think the customer service is good too. It's a well-arranged hotel on Odili road in Port Harcourt, and seems like a good venue for an event.
It's nice and quiet, but that quiet carries over to the bar and pool too, which may not suit people who like a lively hangout.
The building is old but kept in good shape. Service was good, and the food tasted nice.
