The breakfast buffet was my favourite part 🥰. The rooms are classy, with great facilities, and the place is beautiful. The staff are nice, too.

Another stay, and another amazing time. The staff and service are great. I liked it enough to extend my stay by one night. Five stars for them!

I found the staff abusive, especially someone called cooper, the so-called CSO. This is the worst place ever, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go there and suffer.

Visa Karena Hotels is somewhere I'd visit again. My stay was peaceful apart from occasional noise from other guests, and the area felt very secure. The receptionist and room service were courteous. Meals may be a little pricey, but I enjoyed every bit of them. I chose the hotel partly for its swimming pool, though night swimming was restricted.

The staff were rude and not polite at all, and I found one of them checking inside my baggage. Was it robbing? The place was absolutely dirty. This is the worst place I've ever been, and I hope we never step foot here again.
