We were on the third floor and the elevator wasn't working, with no one around to help carry our heavy bags up the stairs. The place needs a huge revamp: the walls had water marks, the curtains were dirty, and the service was terrible. People were sleeping at reception and ignored us when we asked about breakfast. When the bride was getting ready, they switched off the Gen, and we had to pay a bride for them to turn the generator back on. The bride cried. It's so sad, even allowing for Sagamu, Ogijo being a rural area. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I hope management considers selling to someone who really wants to run a hotel.

There were pests in the rooms and nobody seemed available to help. The poor customer service made the place feel more like an isolation centre. Worst hotel ever. They really need to improve if they want to stay in business.

I went to the hall for a wedding reception. The compound has lots of space and a great car park, and the hall itself is cool and easy to decorate. It's a very nice place, all in all.

I often choose Nirvana Hotel when I want somewhere peaceful to relax, refresh, and reflect. It's calm, and one of the best hotels around here.

They charge a lot for what you get, and the place needs maintenance.
