The one good thing is that the surroundings are quiet and free of noise. The rooms, though, were terribly unclean, with old furniture and an outdated bathroom that leaked and wasn’t fixed. The pink room color was awful, what is this, a Barbie room? Customer service was very bad too, and one woman insulted us. Emrosy has a lot of work and upgrading to do. I guess they think the location means customers will come regardless, so they choose not to make improvements. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We almost choked and had to leave because people were smoking strong weed everywhere. It was so loud and stinky, choking and exhausting. Why put up a no-smoking sign if people can just smoke like that? So annoying.

I had a wonderful time at Emrosy hotels. The staff are well trained and organized, the setting is peaceful, and the African food is mouthwatering. Room prices are affordable too. Their service is top-notch, and I recommend them.

The service was absolutely terrible. My AirPods were stolen, and the male receptionist was awful to deal with. He also takes money into a personal account, claiming the company POS doesn’t work. It seems like a ploy to steal from management. The place needs a complete overhaul.
