The carpark is small, but the surroundings are clean and peaceful. Electricity is good.

The apartment felt comfy and homely, with what a family of 4 needs for a weekend gateaway. It has a spacious parlor and dinning area, plus a kitchen with the basic necessities so you can prepare your meals. Power runs 24 hours, service was good, and security is guaranteed. Lovely place, highly recommend.

We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments, and the kids loved it. It was fully furnished and tastefully designed, all amenities worked, and power was regular. The place offers complete value for money, is easily accessible from General Edet Akpan Avenue, and has a serene environment secured by armed guards. A couple of additions would help: laundry equipment, specifically a washing machine and dryer, so guests can do their own laundry, and complementary car wash. I was disappointed that the property wasn't on google map, so I added it. Thanks google for approving this add.

A nice place to stay, and worth every penny. The price depends on how many rooms are available in the apartment you choose. I guess the least room service is 25k per day.

There are board games and a PS4 console available, and it’s a good apartment in Ewet Housing Estate. I’d avoid the two-bedroom option and the middle room on the right wing.
