The rooms are clean, practical, and modern, and the location is excellent. I had a really cozy, comfortable stay. The staff were so polite, cheerful, and well mannered, and I loved everything about the place. Thank you to all the lovely staff. I’ll definitely be back.

There’s plenty of space, but the lack of an elevator is inconvenient. The air conditioner can get too noisy, and room service could be better. The bathroom and shower curtain also need to be kept cleaner.

I’ve only used the conference room. It’s a standard-sized space for meetings or events with a moderate number of attendees, not a large gathering. The seats are comfortable, though some chairs with armrests would be a nice addition. There’s air conditioning, a standby generator for steady electricity during your function, and a projector is available. I don’t know what it costs.

Breakfast was such a struggle that I ended up having neither the complimentary meal nor anything else. There weren’t even towels in the room, or bottled water or milk waiting there. The service was very, very poor. At 18,000 a night, it doesn’t deserve even one star.
