The staff were kind and helpful, and there was electricity around the clock. I stayed three nights and the rooms were tidy, but none of the ACs worked. I was there at the height of the heatwave, and there weren’t any fans either. I paid 27k for the room, which felt a bit expensive for what was provided. All in all, it was okay, and I may recommend it.

The room was very dirty and dusty, including the toilet and wardrobes. The toilet wouldn’t flush, and there was a leak.

The calm, quiet surroundings and well maintained rooms made my stay quite amazing. There was constant electricity and water, and they responded promptly whenever an issue came up. My favorite, slightly weird thing is the soft, always-white bedsheets I looked forward to sleeping on every night :)

There’s a restaurant and bar, and the parking area felt safe. They accept cash and money transfer, though I think the transfer option may only apply to locals. We paid 15,000 naira without breakfast. The air conditioning worked well, but the mattress was hard and the toilet needs maintenance. The bedsheets smelled, and the only towel was dirty. I don’t think they changed it.
