Kessy and the staff were warm and helpful, and the restaurant meals were genuinely tasty. Our room was fairly clean and the air conditioning worked very well. But for £500 over three nights, we left feeling the stay cost far too much for what it offered. The biggest problem was having no bathroom water for more than 24 hours while the pool was drained, cleaned, and refilled. We mentioned it to Kessy and a staff member, but the supply only came back once the pool was full. The mattress was roomy but sagged badly in the middle and made sleeping uncomfortable. There were also ants around the doorways and dirty curtains. We do appreciate how much Kessy tried to accommodate us, and understand some issues come with being on a remote tropical island. Still, at over £150 a night, the price felt excessive. We booked at the last minute for three nights after our original Corn Island accommodation fell through, while travelling around Nicaragua.

Right on the water, with a laid-back feel and a great restaurant. We only stayed one night on the way from Little Corn to Managua, but were made to feel very welcome. It was easily one of the nicest places we stayed in Nicaragua. I wish we'd had longer, and would consider returning to the Corn Islands to explore Big Corn from here.

The location worked really well, though I'd suggest renting a scooter from one of the island's many rental places. Our room at Emerald Luxe Suites was roomy, spotless, and comfortable, and the food on site was delicious with fresh ingredients and plenty of choice. The staff made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived and went out of their way to help. I'd happily recommend staying here.

The pool and the peaceful view made this a great place to unwind. The house was well looked after and had everything we needed, and every meal tasted homemade and full of flavor. The staff were kind, friendly, and ready to help. We had such a good time at this house in Corn Island that we've already recommended it to friends. They liked the photos as much as we loved being there, and we'd definitely return.

Waking up to the ocean view and sound was so calming. At Emerald Luxe suites, the pool looks lovely lit up at night, and you can get cocktails by the pool. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and will bring food to your room or balcony if you'd rather stay in. Laura is a great cook, especially with the traditional island food. Everyone was friendly, and Kessy the Manager was kind and attentive, always on top of things and making us feel at ease. You can rent scooters to explore the island and its other beaches, including some quiet spots where it's just you and the ocean sounds. I'll keep coming back to this little Paradise.
