There was no air conditioning, but we didn't need it during our stay, and the rooms have ceiling fans. We liked the communal lounge too, with sofas and recliners. The hotel is close to the market, next to a great Cafe, and had fast internet and hot showers. Parking is on the street rather than enclosed, but a guard was there all night, 24 he. Don't use the laundry, though. Our clothes came back a day later still very wet, and we'd been charged double by mistake. It was a nice stay in esteli.

Rooms were clean, the staff polite and helpful, and there's hot water for showers plus hot and cold drinking water. I paid 30 dolars for a double, which felt like good value, though it's not exactly cheap. Cheap places in Estelí aren't easy to find. The area has lots of shops, there's a shared balcony, and you can dry your own laundry there.

The staff were really kind, and the hotel worked well for us. Our room was a good size, with comfortable beds. Upstairs there's a lovely lounge with recliners, just right for relaxing after a long day.

They canceled my reservation a week before I was due to arrive, then still charged my credit card. I consider them fraudulent, and I found out they were under investigation for fraud. I know the money will be refunded. While I was there, locals told me there had been lots of problems with tourists' bags and personal belongings being stolen. Please avoid this hotel.
