The place is beautiful, and Gilbert was a wonderful host. We had the suite and enjoyed our stay even though there wasn't any warm water. There's a great hike close by, too.

If you're after a quiet break away from the usual routes, this tucked-away spot in the mountains near Esteli is a great choice. Gilbert owns the place and welcomed me when I arrived. He's friendly, knows a lot, and cooks well. Esteli is an easy 15-minute drive if you want to shop.

Gilbert and his family made us feel welcome right away. He showed us around the garden, where the orange blossom smelled amazing. The care they put into the food was hard to beat. It was a lovely spot to unwind and disconnect for a bit. Thanks again.

Gilbert and Reina welcomed us so warmly, and their kindness was the highlight of our stay. We had a wonderful weekend, and the breakfasts were among the best meals I've ever had. The place is comfortable and beautiful, close to the city center but quiet enough to switch off. My boyfriend and I loved it, and I'd happily recommend it.

The food here felt personal, with care and love in every part of the service, not just scrambled eggs. The owners paid attention to what we needed right when we needed it. I spent two days at this peaceful, relaxing place and left very happy and satisfied. Nicaragua has wonderful places like this to discover. I highly recommend visiting Hotel Paysage Caché. Prices vary depending on the location, so give it a chance. 🙂
