10/10
We found the rooms comfortable after days spent exploring Leon, especially with the air conditioning. Casa Rosada is also right in the center, just a couple of blocks from key sights like the cathedral. It felt safe, with a separate lock on each room and a key for the main door. The place is clean and the accommodation feels modern for the surrounding area. I had an excellent time there and would recommend Casa Rosada to family and friends, 5/5.

They sold my room to someone else who was willing to pay more, leaving me stranded. I got no help at all, even though it was a public holiday and every other hotel was booked. This hotel is a fraud.

I highly recommend it for the amenities, service, and location.
