After several nights here in February 2018, I wanted to add to the review I wrote on Trip Advisor about my June 2017 stay. Posada is still excellent budget lodging in Managua, and easily the most consistent place I've experienced across my extensive travels in Nicaragua. The manager really takes charge and makes sure things get sorted, from transport and laundry to internet and air conditioning. If something goes wrong, he responds quickly. The garden is lovely, and the fruit trees are a bonus when the limes, guayaba, and oranges are in season in late January and February.

Breakfast, Wi-Fi, and A/C are included, and the price is the lowest I've found in Managua. The owner is kind and speaks perfect English. The hotel feels cozy, new, and very clean. It's the best place to stay in Managua, and I'll definitely return.

The hotel is quiet, very clean, and air conditioned. Around 6pm, just walk down to the corner for a delicious, filling serving of barbecued chicken or pork from the “servicio.” It costs 100 and is amazing.
