I really enjoyed the location, right by the beach and close to lots of bars and restaurants. The staff are top notch, with attentive and friendly service from everyone. The hotel is really cute, the rooms are clean and have excellent A/C, and the included breakfast was fantastic with good coffee. It was handy to have laundry service there, though $1.50 US per item is pricey.

We went as a family of five, and they seemed set up for families of four or fewer. That was my only real issue. The location is great, right across from the beach, and we felt safe with a guard out front the whole time. Breakfast was good and included. The room was a bit tired and could use an update, though it wasn’t too bad.

The rooms are a little worn, but the location and employees more than made up for that. We came from the United States and were really impressed. There were a few hiccups, though they didn’t take away from how satisfied we were. I’d highly recommend this if San Juan Del Sur is an option for your trip. I’m sure Carlos will greet you with a smile when you arrive, he’s the best. Much love for this hotel.

A great visit. We rented a motor scooter to explore the local beaches, and the town was beautiful. The included breakfast was great, and lounging by the pool with a view of the beach was a treat. Awesome hotel.

Don’t believe Google, this place is NOT closed! My family needed a room, and we were lucky to find the Victoriano. The rooms were nice and well maintained, with private bathrooms and AC. The hotel is across the street from the beach, has a pool, and includes breakfast with your stay. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing!!!
