Parkhotel Abcoude

We spent two weeks here in February and loved it. The place is spacious, beautiful and well equipped, and the hosts are warm and gracious. Abcoude is a charming town about 10 minutes from Amsterdam, with swans in the canals and a windmill a short walk through town. There's a lovely little park across the street, plus a sweet weekly farmers market with very fresh food. Groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops and trains are all an easy walk away.

I stayed here a few years ago with friends from high school. We'd planned to make Amsterdam the main attraction, since the hotel is close to the station with a quick connection into the city. Instead, we rented bikes and spent our time enjoying Abcoude. It's such a cute, laid-back place, and you'll fall in love with it. The hotel service was super helpful and nice, the rooms were great, and there's an amazing cafe right across the street. I recommend both.

The apartment was clean, stylish, modern and well equipped, right in the center of Abcoude. The beds were very comfortable. Booking went smoothly, and communication with the hosts was quick and easy.

What an incredible place. Angèle was so friendly and helpful while I was booking the hotel apartment, and check-in was super easy when we arrived. The apartments were just wow, beautifully styled with impeccable design. It felt like home, with everything needed for a short or long stay. You can tell the details matter here. It's in a beautiful spot opposite a lovely little park, with great views. Shops and other things you need are close by, and Amsterdam is just 15 minutes away. I highly recommend staying here. I didn't want to leave :)
