Krasnapolsky Apartments

We enjoyed being right in the middle of the city, since that's where we wanted to be, but it was very loud at night. The rooms were nice, though the view was nothing to look at and the room didn't give us much sense of place. Service was fine, with nothing to complain about but nothing to rave about either. It was fun to stay in the city centre once, but I don't think we'd return to this hotel.

We came back to the Krasnapolsky for our tenth anniversary, as we'd made a bit of a tradition of staying here whenever we're in Amsterdam. This visit went beyond what we expected. Even arriving on New Year's Eve, check-in was smooth and comfortable, and we felt at home from the start. The staff were warm and welcoming. Aziz was wonderful, always smiling and so helpful. My special thanks go to Manager’s Amara and Hugo, who are highly professional and committed to giving guests a first-class experience. Hugo stayed in touch throughout our visit and helped however he could. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and he's incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The whole stay was impeccable, and we made so many lovely memories. The exceptional staff I mentioned deserve recognition. They're the backbone of this iconic hotel, and part of why loyal guests like us keep returning. I'm sure we'll be back soon!

The breakfasts were superb, with a huge, delicious selection and unlimited Moet champagne. We were celebrating a friend's 60th birthday, and the whole team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The fast, friendly reception team checked in my husband, me, and our friends, and Sven was especially helpful when he welcomed us. He's a great ambassador for the hotel. Many thanks for another super stay at our favourite Amsterdam hotel.

The team made us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay, handling everything with real care and thoughtfulness. You can tell the hotel cares about the guest experience, not just the service.
