Apartments Prinsengracht

We could walk everywhere from this well-located apartment, and we loved the canal views. Roemer Hotel kindly arranged a taxi to take us there. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, though a few more utensils would have helped. Cleanliness mattered a lot to us, and we wished the apartment had been cleaner. The neighbourhood felt safe and wasn't noisy at all. Restaurants, bike rentals, and supermarkets nearby made things convenient. After checking out on our last day, we were able to leave our luggage at Roemer Hotel.

We’ll make it to Amsterdam when we can, and we already know where we’d want to stay: Prinsengracht Apartments. Just days before our trip, my father had a very serious medical emergency and needed us to care for him. Although our booking was fully paid and nonrefundable, the Apartments Prinsengracht team handled the situation with real kindness and professionalism and refunded us. I’m sure they care about their work and will help other travellers just as they helped us.

The apartment was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, and the location made it easy to reach both Dam Square and the art museums. The small bedroom had no closets, though, and the canal-facing side was somewhat noisy. Being near Leidsplein has that downside.

It was clean and, above all, quiet, while still being close to everything in the central area. The tram stop is a three-minute walk and Liedsplien is about four minutes away. The place also has a washing machine, dishwasher, and a kitchen with all the tools you need. A stylish place to stay in Amsterdam.
