art'otel Amsterdam

Even as Premium members, we were made to feel like VIPs during our one-night stay. We got the early check-in and late check-out we asked for, plus an upgrade to a spotless, spacious, elegant room. The macarons and handwritten welcome note were such a personal touch. Staff were friendly and professional throughout. There were pastries at reception in the afternoon, cold drinks for guests coming back from the city, and stroopwafels to take away at checkout. I've stayed at a lot of Radisson hotels, and this is one of the best. I loved it and would definitely return when I'm next in Amsterdam.

The room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable, and we made good use of the gym, pool and sauna. The location was handy too, directly across from the station and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. What really made our stay at art'otel Amsterdam special was the staff. They were personal and attentive, and kept checking in with us at reception. For my partner's birthday, we came back from check-in to find balloons in the room and a handwritten card for her. It's possibly the best hotel stay we've had together, a true 10/10. We'd absolutely come back, and the five-star reviews make sense. Huge thanks to the team.

We stayed from the 29th January to the 1st of Feb 2026, and the staff were the friendliest we've met in a long time. Reception, concierge, bar staff, the dining room team, chefs and housekeeping were all helpful, happy to chat, and ready to sort out any questions or requests. Special mention to Tim the “Aussie”. The hotel is warm and comfortable, has everything you need for a great break, and is well located within walking distance of everything.

The only thing we'd change is the shower door seal. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor, so we needed an extra bathmat to soak it up. Otherwise, we were very comfortable in the well-designed rooms, and the art around the hotel is quirky and interesting. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and made the place feel like our home away from home. It's also very convenient for the airport and for getting around by public transport, since it's directly across from Amsterdam’s central train station. We had a wonderful experience.
