The hosts welcomed us warmly and were very friendly. Our room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and breakfast was delicious. The place is in a quiet, relaxing Sloterdijk neighbourhood with lots of trees and green spaces. It's about a 10-minute walk to Sloterdijk Metro and Train Station, with connections to anywhere in Amsterdam. I definitely recommend it for a visit to the city.

Ms Joyce was the saving grace of this place. Without her, I would've checked out as soon as I arrived. The male owner handed me a five-page contract to sign at check-in and took a 100 euro security deposit. Check-in is at 3 pm and checkout at 10 am, with no leeway either way. There's no way to arrive early and leave your luggage, or check out and store it for a couple of hours. I booked because of the excellent rating, but the entrance needs a facelift and I felt depressed as I approached it. It's a 15-minute walk to the nearest train station, where none of the elevators work. The stairs up to the room were precarious.

The bed was so comfortable, and the room was spotless. We also really enjoyed the tasty breakfast, which was included. The hosts were lovely, and Sloterdijk station is close by, making it easy to get around Amsterdam. Thanks for such a great stay! :))

The hosts were really friendly, and we loved the breakfast. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, in a quiet, safe area near Sloterdijk station. For this price, finding somewhere this nice in Amsterdam feels almost impossible.

Kerst and Joyce were so welcoming, and breakfast was a lovely homemade start to the day. The house rules were clear and fair, and the price felt like good value. It's only a short train ride to central Amsterdam. I'd happily stay here again!
