Frank is good at what he does. The room and shared areas were clean, the breakfast was magnificent, and the place had a homey feel. He also offers takeaway coffee, which is a nice touch. The flat is at the top of the building, and it took us a little while to find it. One thing to watch out for, there could be bedbugs in the bed because it's wooden. That's the only negative I noticed. Everything else was quite good, thanks, Frank.

Frank lives in the apartment and is very friendly, always ready to help or answer questions. Breakfast was fresh and good, especially his delicious cheese omelette. Our room had two comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, a TV, and everything we needed. The Tulip Gallery is a small private apartment on the fourth floor of a large apartment building, with two bedrooms, a living room and small balcony, toilet, separate bathroom, and private kitchen. Shops for food and other things are around the building, with cafes and restaurants nearby too. The tram and bus stops are just around the corner, and the city is about 30 minutes away by tram. The toilet and bathroom are shared with others, so there might be a short wait for the shower or toilet in the morning, but that was okay.

Staying on the fifth floor was an unusual experience, but the flat felt cozy and homey. Central Amsterdam isn't far, and public transport runs around the clock. The airport bus is convenient too. You can buy a one-hour ticket at the bookshop.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful few days in Amsterdam. Frank is kind, friendly, and hospitable, and both he and the Tulip Gallery helped make the trip such a success. The B&B is really lovely.
