The staff were polite, friendly, and always happy to answer questions or help, which made the stay more pleasant. The location is very convenient too, close to metro and tram links. Our small room was comfortable and well organized, with hot water in the bathroom, a real bonus in cold weather. The bathroom's glass walls leave little privacy, which could feel awkward if you're not very close with your partner. We also found the 10:00 am checkout too early and inconvenient. The air conditioning didn't let us set the room temperature, and it didn't get very hot or cold, but we were comfortable with it. A good hotel for a city visit.

The hotel was clean throughout, the staff were polite and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. Our double room was an okay size, provided you don't have lots of bags or a big suitcase. There was just one very soft pillow per person, which was a bit disappointing. The bathroom was small but had everything needed. Trams and metro are right outside, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I tried to book again today, but the travel agent said their system wouldn't let them. The only explanation they gave was that the hotel's name or owners were changing. Could someone clarify what's happening?

We got a comfortable bed and a room that was compact, just as we'd expected when booking. The location worked really well, with plenty of amenities close by, and it was good value for the money. Our room was ready 15 minutes before check-in, which was a nice surprise. The main problem was the noise early in the morning. The cleaners were fairly loud and woke us, and it sounded as if some work was going on outside our room too. Staff were welcoming and gave us useful suggestions for places to visit and getting around. We were still happy with the stay.

We paid 300 for five nights, which was an amazing deal. The bathroom shares the exact same room as the beds, so it feels cramped and a bit gross. Still, it's definitely a good budget option for what you pay. The train is right nearby and takes five minutes to reach central.

The rooms are small, as expected, so bear that in mind if you're bringing a lot of bags. For the location, the price was good, and you can easily walk around or reach public transit nearby. Salvadore, Cinthia, and Hannah at the front desk were warm and personable, and their service made the visit feel welcoming.
