I booked a room for one night for €300, but had to cancel at the last minute because of family matters, my grandmother had passed away. The hotel management promised me a refund, but three months later I still haven’t received it, and they just don’t take the time to speak with me. A certain KAYSON seems to be the manager, but he or she is never there, yeah right. I’m going to take legal steps to stop this happening to someone else.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location is good, but the front rooms are extremely noisy from the road all night. Luckily, we could move to another room the next day because we’d wanted a double bed but had been given two singles.

It was the best price at the time, in an amazing location close to everything. Zishan the clark is a great guy who helped us find attractions around the city.

It was just an okay place. Some rooms can be very small, and the toilet can be an issue, with hardly any leg room.

The breakfast is plentiful, with something for everyone, and the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The price feels fair for what you get. It’s a really good, very clean hotel in an excellent location, with everything worth seeing within walking distance. The rooms are small but have everything you need, and finally, no carpeting! It would feel cramped for a whole week, but for a regular 3-5 day city break it’s ideally situated.
