Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, Amsterdam

The staff made us feel at ease throughout our family stay, especially by being so welcoming and attentive to the children. Thoughtful touches for kids made the experience feel personal, and the calm atmosphere gave the parents a lovely place to retreat while still being comfortable and engaging for the children. The facilities were excellent, and breakfast had plenty of choices for adults and kids. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with enough room for the whole family to unwind after busy days out. The location worked perfectly for families, by the Museum Quarter and near Vondelpark, so exploring Amsterdam with children was easy. The Conservatorium Hotel manages a rare mix of luxury, comfort, and real family friendliness. We'd absolutely return and recommend it to families travelling with children.

Amy made my spa visit at the Mandarin Hotel wonderful. She went out of her way to tailor the experience to me, and the massage was the best I've ever had. I felt great for the whole week afterwards. I can't wait to come back.

The housekeeping was consistently great. We had the best three nights here with my partner, and the service was attentive and polite from the moment we arrived. Claire at the concierge desk especially helped make the visit pleasant by booking restaurants for us and sharing useful information about the area.

The building is an architectural masterpiece, and there are several wonderful spots to relax, from the spa to the lobby. The location is especially good for families. During our four-night family stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful that their hospitality made us feel like family. Breakfast was incredible, with a fantastic vegetarian selection. The concierge helped us plan our days, and there was a great range of bikes to rent, including one with a child seat. It was a very memorable trip, thank you.
