NH Amsterdam Zuid

The team made a difficult few days during the storm much easier for us. Everyone was kind and helpful, from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the spacious room was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the omelet Chef Herman made, and the desserts were delicious and beautifully presented with a personal touch from the chef. The location is perfect. Highly recommend.

Roman was quick and professional when helping us sort out an issue, and we really appreciated it. My friend and I came to the hotel to celebrate our time together, and the whole stay was comfortable and well organized. The service was excellent and made the visit feel special. We'd be happy to come back.

The bus stop right outside made it easy to get around, and we signed up as NH group members because we'd happily stay at these hotels again. Ruben at reception was so friendly and helpful, as were the rest of the reception team. Beau in the bar and restaurant went out of his way for us, even staying after his shift. The hotel was very clean, and our room had everything we needed, including a fridge. The toiletries were excellent quality. Thank you all!

We'd happily stay here again if we come back to amsterdam. The hotel worked really well for the Rai Centre, just six bus stops away, with the stop right outside. Rooms were spacious, clean and nicely presented, and the bed was enormous and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was good, though the hot choices were the same each day. You could ask for a different egg dish if you wanted.
