The room was very good, with a huge bed, and the views from the room and rooftop bar were great. Room service was good too, and with so many elevators I never waited more than 20 seconds. The hotel sits between the RAI and Europaplein metro stations, so getting to the city centre took five minutes, and it was easy to reach the Ajax stadium. Station RAI train station is right outside, making airport travel simple. The price was about half the city centre hotels, which made me glad we chose it. Breakfast was good, but at €25 I found it a bit expensive and not worth the price. Apart from that, I couldn't fault the hotel. Very impressed, and I'll be back when we return to Amsterdam.

The hotel has great connections, and there are lots of complimentary amenities too. The service was very friendly, and I liked the environmental options like skipping room service or drinking tap water. There are views from the rooms, restaurant, bar and gym. The design is distinctive and gives the place a cultural hub feel. We got a good deal, though I can see how it might be quite expensive given what's offered. Thanks so much, we'd stay again.

The orange juice machine at breakfast was the standout for me. I've travelled to many countries, and I've never had oranges this big, fresh and flavorful. The buffet had a great variety, everything was fresh and the quality was excellent. Downstairs, complimentary coffee for guests was another thoughtful touch. The restaurant was nicely decorated, with a warm atmosphere and a good selection of dishes. At nhow Amsterdam RAI, the spacious, comfortable rooms had lovely city views, and the building's unusual architecture made the stay feel different from my usual hotel visits. It was a memorable, well-run stay that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Chef Paul Vincent was a highlight of my visit. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and took time to explain the dishes, flavors and ingredients. Since I have allergies, I appreciated how carefully he checked that my food was safe and made sure I felt comfortable and well looked after. Service was excellent from beginning to end, and the staff made me feel welcome. It was a fantastic stay with delicious food and thoughtful care. Highly recommended, I'll visit again soon!
