Ruby Emma Hotel Amsterdam

I slept really well every night, even when I got back very late. The shower was comfortable and worked great, and the room was incredibly clean. It also felt modern, with handy tablet controls for the shades and turning all the lights off at once. The front desk team were very nice and helped whenever I needed something. Getting around was easy. The metro is right across the street. When I wanted a rental car, the parking garage under the hotel was fairly priced, and I could walk straight into the hotel by elevator. Even taking a cab to major destinations wouldn't have cost enough to feel unreasonable. I stayed here in July, and it was probably one of the best hotels I've tried in Europe. I'm thinking of coming back to Amsterdam for football, and this was the first hotel that came to mind. I'll definitely stay here again.

I was lucky to have Dylan serving me at the bar during my one-night stay. He was so thoughtful and kind, really attentive, and made a fabulous smoky margarita. He's a real asset to the hotel. I wish I'd booked a longer stay. If I'm passing through again, I'll absolutely book here.

I was delighted by this hotel. It feels luxurious and spacious, and everything seems done with care and taste. For what you get, it’s much better value than most small hotels in the center. Some staff gave a less luxurious, more hostel-like impression, though. I wish I could live here. The quality for the price is incredible.

The self check-in was quick and easy, and staff were around as well. I chatted with a couple of them during my stay, and they were friendly and helpful. The room was fabulous and had everything we needed. It’s in a great spot, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the metro. I'd happily stay here again.
