I stayed here with my mum in 2019. The room was smaller than we expected, but it was cozy, had a nice view, and was still big enough since we were out and about a lot. The service was really friendly. We asked for coffee each morning and they kindly brought us some. Be aware that the stairs are steep and difficult. This place isn’t suitable for someone using a wheelchair.

As a solo traveler, I found the hotel more than adequate for what I needed. The central location made a huge difference, with nearly everything within walking distance. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and I loved that there was a cat. The fridge worked well, and while I didn’t use the TV, reception could easily lend me a hair dryer, as other reviews mentioned. It’s a two-star hotel, so the room and bathroom were small, but I had hot water, clean towels, and reliable heating. Shampoo, soap, and toilet paper were provided. I had no problems with cleanliness and never felt that the room was dirty or uncomfortable.

Even as a two-star hotel, this place stood out for its excellent cleanliness and service. The staff are really friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.

Our room was quite small but lovely and very clean. They helped us with our luggage, and housekeeping cleaned the room and replaced the towels each day.

Horrible. Those stairs were so steep they felt almost vertical, and dealing with our luggage on them was terrifying. The room was tiny, we couldn’t even open our suitcases, and it wasn’t clean.
