Spinoza Suites

Patrick was quick to answer questions, offered recommendations, and made me feel welcome as a solo traveller. The room was spotless, with drinks and snacks provided and daily housekeeping. They even left a coat button they’d found on the desk, and refreshed the flowers each day. I also recommend using the Hyatt’s gym and spa next door. The garden suite felt calm and inviting, with a modern design and lots of space. The bathroom was especially generous, even by North American standards, which is unusual in Amsterdam. It’s on a quiet residential street, close to metro and bus stops, with a supermarket across the road and plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The centre is about ten minutes away by bus or metro. One thing to know if you have mobility or accessibility needs: the stairs are extremely narrow. Otherwise the building and rooms are modernized and well maintained. It’s right next to the well-rated Hyatt Regency, but I’d choose Spinoza Suites any day and will recommend it to family, friends, and colleagues visiting Amsterdam.

Patrick was very kind, and the room had a lovely view. The furnishings and equipment were all top quality. I had a perfect stay in Amsterdam and would highly recommend it.

A canal view and a quiet street made waking up here a great start to a day exploring Amsterdam. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the thoughtful details, from complimentary snacks to the quirky design and decor, made our stay at Spinoza Suites memorable.

Patrick and Eric made the stay memorable with their thoughtful advice and kindness. The rooms are a good size for Amsterdam, the bathroom was clean and fabulous, and the bed was comfortable. Fresh flowers were a lovely touch. The location overlooks the canal and feels central, with the city centre about 8-10 minutes away by metro. We had a fabulous time and would stay here again if we return to Amsterdam. Thanks to both of them.
