The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and I liked getting three drink coupons during my four-night stay. They offered one free drink for each night I chose to skip room cleaning. The coupons covered beer, wine, and soft drinks, a nice touch. In the room, the bed and pillows were comfortable, with both firm and soft pillows available. There was a kettle with tea and coffee, and the bathroom and shower were pretty good. The continental breakfast was good too, though scrambled eggs were the only hot option. My complaints are that there was no safe or minibar fridge, and the first-floor windows in my room didn't close properly, letting in a lot of street noise.

I left my charger in the room by accident when I checked out after a two-day stay. I called that evening and was told they would look for it. For the next three days I tried reaching the hotel several times, but each time the answer was, “we will check.” That lack of response is extremely disappointing. If the item had been more valuable, I can only imagine how badly they would have handled it. Very unprofessional, and a bunch of losers. I wouldn't trust leaving any belongings here.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the food was great. I slept amazingly, had a wonderful experience, and felt it was well worth my money.

We expected the VIP deal we booked to include a room with a bath and free parking. Instead, we arrived to find a room without a bath and a €35 parking charge. Reception wouldn't discuss it professionally and said the manager would be told the next day, but the next day nobody knew anything. It felt unprofessional and not customer-friendly. It's a shame, since we haven't had problems at other hotels in this chain.

They wouldn't let us back into the hotel and made us leave before the end of the stay we'd paid for, four nights during a business trip. They said we'd broken the terms because we were drunk, though we weren't. I think the real reason was that the receptionists and other staff were racist. The hotel itself is nice, but the staff were really bad and cheated us. Worst experience of my life.
