Cityden Museum Square

We had a nice apartment in an excellent location, and it was fully equipped. The only awkward thing was the bathroom setup. It’s tucked inside the room like a cupboard, with a glass door, so everyone else in the room can probably hear and smell it when you poop. Apart from that, everything was great.

We arrived to a clean, tidy apartment, and the staff were friendly and easy to reach. They were especially helpful when flight problems delayed our arrival. It’s also in a perfect spot for getting to all sorts of sights and amenities.

The decor was nice, there’s a balcony, and reception were quick to help and friendly. But the sink leaked badly, soaking my feet whenever I washed my hands or brushed my teeth. The staff clearly knew about it, since they’d covered the leak with duct tape, which didn’t fix anything. The mattress was poor quality and should be replaced too. We were only there for one night and put up with it, but I won’t be back :(

The apartment was mostly clean, but the couch was stained and a lot of the kitchenware was chipped, including cups, plates, and even knives. The service was just as bad: check-ins were late, and when there was a facility problem, they said it wasn’t their fault. They also went into the apartment and changed things without asking or telling the tenant. They seem to have no idea how customer service works, and the payment and invoicing were handled with no care. They charged an amount of their choosing to my credit card without my consent. Is that even legal? Horrendous experience. Don’t recommend them. Look for somewhere with longer check-in hours and luggage storage instead.
