Postillion Hotel Arnhem

The restaurant was a highlight for me, with a good range of tasty dishes, from comforting meals to more elaborate food. They also had a nice selection of coffees and other drinks. The hotel sits in beautiful, peaceful surroundings, which made it a relaxing place to stay. The staff were especially kind and attentive, and their care made me feel welcome throughout my visit. It’s a lovely choice if you want a quiet setting and friendly service.

For what I paid, the comfort and price were a great match. The lobby looked really nice, and the room was perfectly fine for the cost. It was clean, WiFi was included, and the staff were consistently friendly. I could hear people in the other rooms quite clearly, though it didn’t bother me.

We found a free parking space in the middle of the night and got into our room without trouble. It had a fun 70s feel, and was clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice, including tea, thin sweet pancakes, cheese, and lots more. We hadn’t expected much because the room was only about 70€ a night, so the stay was a pleasant surprise.

I had a quiet, clean room for one night, with enough towels. The food was simple and good, and reasonably priced. I’m not sure whether there was air conditioning. There aren’t many power sockets, so charging a laptop and phone at the same time meant unplugging a light. I guess the building is from the 50’s, though that’s no problem. I’d stay again when I’m in the area. It felt about on par with Van Der Valk, but 25% cheaper.
