The forest setting is wonderful. Reception made a friendly first impression, though things felt a little rushed. At first our room seemed fine, but a closer look showed quite a bit of dust, a strong unpleasant smell from the bathroom sink, and some general structural problems.

We held our family event in the library, a beautiful room in lovely surroundings. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices, including a separate coffee machine with oat milk. The other meals were delicious too.

The grounds are well kept and full of greenery, and the terraces invite you to sit and enjoy the scenery. Unfortunately, you can’t order something as simple as a toasted sandwich or a sandwich. That’s a reason for us not to return.

Such a warm, friendly hotel. The food is top-notch, and the place is spotless.

A really lovely hotel with beautiful grounds. Sitting on the terrace with a coffee or a refreshing drink is a treat. The staff are lovely and do their best to meet guests’ needs, even when there are language differences.
