The staff were professional and really okay overall, but I’d like the hotel to accept cash for room rentals too. A cash price around 80€ or 90€ might bring in more customers and help fill the place. Erena was the best employee there. She’s a real Italian beauty, warm-hearted with customers, open-minded, and gives good service. On Saturday night, 5 January, she helped me arrange a hotel taxi in the middle of a snowstorm.

The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the staff friendly. Communication with the hotel was great, and they expected me even though I checked in late in the evening. Two flags outside my windows were banging loudly in the very windy night and kept me awake for a while, though not for long. I’d recommend this hotel.

The rooms overlooking the airport are quieter, and the extra 10€ is worth it. They’re quirky but comfortable, and breakfast at la place downstairs is excellent and included. This is my favourite stopover hotel when I’m travelling to or from France. The free parking is near the main entrance at the back.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel after such an unpleasant stay. From arrival, the staff were cold and unwilling to help with even basic requests. The receptionists barely acknowledged us, and when we asked questions, we got sighs, eye rolls, or dismissive responses. Housekeeping was just as frustrating. They ignored requests for clean towels and seemed irritated whenever we needed something. The customer service felt rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.
