Greenwoods cottage

We had a lovely few days here. The B&B was spotless, and the owner welcomed us with freshly baked bread, butter and jam. The area is beautiful, with the forest only about 50 meters down the street. We had a great time walking and cycling around.

The hostess is always happy to answer questions, and the cottage has everything you need. It's a great spot for walking or cycling, and a handy base for seeing the Valkenburg region.

That rooster is about the only thing you'll hear in this lovely, peaceful apartment on a quiet street in Vilt near Valkenburg. After a week in a hotel, we felt at home straight away. We could make breakfast ourselves and cook sometimes, and the apartment had all the comforts we needed. Great for relaxing. The only possible downside is needing to drive to Berg for a bakery and supermarket. Walking to Valkenburg takes around 20-30 minutes, but as fit people in our fifties, we didn't mind.

Greenwoods has a lovely feel to it, with charming surroundings and owners who are warm, welcoming and friendly. The beds are amazing, and breakfast is generous and prepared with care. You're right in nature, while the city and its activities are close by. Our business associates enjoy staying here, and we've had nothing but good experiences ourselves. Highly recommended!
