A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel "Julianaduin" is located in Bergen aan Zee. This hotel is located in the very center of the city. In the morning, have a cup of coffee while looking at the city from the window. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel. Places nearby: Bergen-aan-Zee Beach, Anne Frank House and Dam Square. Location

The dunes were a highlight, with lovely cycling paths and wild horses and longhorn cattle roaming almost freely. The scenery is impressive, and there are lots of beautiful places to visit. For the accommodation itself, the sea views from the upper floors earn five stars. Our apartment was beautifully furnished, though the older building is maintained well enough for about 3-4 stars. I’d put the apartment at 4-5 stars and the price at 3. So I agree with the four-star rating. The beachside setting and dunes are worth seeing, but something kept this from being a full five stars.

The apartment was a real disappointment. It hadn’t been prepared or cleaned, and lights were out in the hallway, one bedroom, and the living room. The kettle was broken, the coffee machine filthy, and the dishwasher didn’t work. There were yellow stains on the armchairs, cushions, and duvet, which felt very unappetizing. Cleaning staff then spent three hours cleaning, taking that much time out of our vacation, and we still haven’t received any compensation. The conversation was unfriendly, with no real apology or sign of remorse. At times, they simply ended the phone call. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience.
