We chose this hotel for my father's 83rd birthday in early February 2026, coming as a group of 13. We had phoned beforehand and were clearly told dogs were allowed. Only after arriving did we learn our dog could stay in the room but nowhere else in the hotel. When we asked why that hadn't been explained, we got a shrug and were pointed to the house rules. Trying to arrange breakfast together for the birthday was another dead end. They wouldn't take a reservation and showed no interest in finding a way to make it work. The duty manager on both days just repeated the rules and offered no flexibility. Follow-up messages with management brought no understanding or accommodation either. Communication there was awful, and nobody seemed willing or able to find a practical solution. The location is beautiful, which makes the poor service and lack of response to guest requests all the more disappointing. This was a bitter letdown for a family occasion. I can't recommend the hotel, especially for groups or people travelling with dogs.

Even with 13 of us there for an 83rd birthday, breakfast together wasn't possible and we couldn't reserve a table. Our dog had been approved by phone, but was restricted to our room. The manager on site only cited rules and made no effort to work out a solution, and management wasn't accommodating when we followed up. For groups or anyone with a dog, this place really doesn't work, even though dogs are allowed. Such a shame given the lovely location.

We're checking out tomorrow, and wow, what a wonderful stay. Everything at this Hotel was nicely organized, with a gym and Sauna and all that. The view was sooo beautiful, and the people working here were so friendly. We'll definitely come back. Thanks for everything, see you soon. Best wishes from Room Number 213 🤝😊🍀🙏🏻

Ms. Zaira at reception made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Her warm, friendly, genuinely charming welcome is rare, and it made for such a lovely first impression. Thank you!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good, while the dinner buffets were even better. Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about, even if I tried.
