Bolsward is a beautiful town, but I couldn't make this stay work. There was nobody at the hotel, and access was only through an app. I had no way to park: I don't have the Dutch app, which can't be installed on a US phone, and the parking system wouldn't take US credit cards. I eventually had to leave because I simply couldn't park my car. Snozz showed no interest in resolving it, and I got no refund.

Everything was better than I expected. The room was lovely and really spacious, and the location in Bolsward was great. I'd be glad to stay again.

The room was lovely, though the reading light switch by the door is a bit silly since you have to get out of bed to turn it off. Step-by-step instructions for the Nespresso machine would help, too.

Right in the town center, with clean, modern rooms and a comfortable bed. The design is excellent and the value is great. Highly recommended.
