The rooms have a special, cozy feel, and the Co-Working Space is amazing. We had a very good two day workshop at ZOKU with 35 participants. The atmosphere and food were excellent, in a stylish setting and consistently good quality. Event organization was okay, but communication between the event team and the hotel staff at reception, check-in and the restaurant could be better. It would also help to have the event coordinator on site as a direct contact. Still, a very pleasant stay.

It’s not especially central, and drinks cost a bit, but I love the atmosphere. The crowd is a relaxed mix of younger and older professionals. There’s live music and a jam in a contemporary rooftop setting, plus a big terrace for summer drinks. If you don’t mind the prices, give it a try.

I felt at home in the cozy, comfortable room, which was thoughtfully designed. The view from room 527 made the stay even more special. The location is excellent, and the team were so friendly and professional. Luana and Merlin especially made me feel welcome. I had a wonderful stay at Zoku and will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience!

The terrace has a great view, breakfast is amazing, and while I didn’t eat dinner, I’m sure it would be good too. The hotel is very nice, with clean, homely, well-equipped rooms and friendly staff. The lift is a real problem, though. There are lots of outside guests coming for brunch and dinner, so the lifts get crowded and it can take ages to find one going to your floor. For first-time breakfast guests, arriving is odd too: there doesn’t seem to be anyone to help or check you in. Staff seem limited, and you can end up waiting to be let in and seated.

The rooftop feels really cozy, and the food was great. I loved how quiet the place was, and my room was clean and comfortable. Really nice hotel, I recommend it.
