INNSiDE by Meliá Amsterdam

Alexandra, the Guest Experience Manager, made me feel so welcome and cared for. She’s a beautiful person inside and out, and went above and beyond. Marcos was always smiling and full of good energy, and the reception team were kind, professional, and helpful throughout. The restaurant staff were fantastic too. I loved staying at INNSiDE by Meliá Amsterdam. It’s convenient for exploring the city, and the restaurant on the 19th floor has breathtaking views and really good food. Breakfast was delicious, with great quality and variety. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d absolutely recommend it. I can’t wait to come back.

The free minibar had a proper selection, and the yoga mat and clothes steamer were nice extras. The rooms are minimalist, modern, and clean, with a huge comfy bed and a powerful walk-in shower. I loved the views, the tasty breakfast, and the staff, who went out of their way to look after me. There’s a great bar upstairs that serves food too. The hotel’s right beside the station. Highly recommend.

The room was really quiet at night, so we slept well after days out exploring. It had big blackout curtains and a nice view over Amsterdam south, especially after dark. It was spacious and modern, with a huge bed and shower, and the shower pressure was fantastic. We appreciated the free minibar with juice and bottled water, as well as slippers, a Nespresso machine and pods, a hairdryer, clothes steamer, and a TV that lets you cast Netflix from your phone. Getting around was easy. Amsterdam Zuid station is right outside, with tram, metro, and train connections, and it took about 10 minutes to get to central Amsterdam or Schiphol airport. Nearby, there’s an Albert Heijn, Starbucks, and plenty of places to eat or grab a quick bite. We arrived two hours before the 1 pm check-in time, and reception checked us in early for free, which was a big plus. The hotel is brand new and modern inside. We didn’t try breakfast, but it’s available. There’s a nice rooftop bar serving food for drinks or a late snack, plus a small snack bar downstairs if you don’t want to go out. We’d definitely recommend it and would stay at another Innside Melia too.

Alexandra and Jack were wonderful. They went out of their way to make our stay special, kept communication excellent, and looked after us from beginning to end. The hotel was so accommodating and worked perfectly for a girls’ birthday trip with my friend. I had the best time at INNSiDE Amsterdam, and would definitely come again. Thank you so, so much!
