The hotel is conveniently close to grocery shops, pubs, and restaurants, and the price is good. I also found the pub on the ground floor very well equipped, and the breakfast was quite good. I stayed for a few nights, though the rooms weren't always cleaned from check-in, and some are really small.

Fresh bakery goods are only a short walk away, and Centrum is close enough to reach on foot in a few minutes for shopping. The place has a classic European feel and puts you right into a great Dutch European experience. Jaque and Frans, RIP to their amazing mother, who created an atmosphere where you feel like extended family.

Great beer and snacks, and the owner was very friendly. It feels like a local hotel with a bar and cafe.

The room had plenty of space, with functional furniture and appliances. The bathroom was decent too.
