The people working here deserve a big compliment. Everyone was courteous, professional and attentive, and it made the whole stay feel special. I was here alone for a few nights this past week to get some much needed rest. My room was huge, comfortable and had everything I needed. The hotel is extremely well equipped, with a pool, steam room, several kinds of sauna and treatment rooms. I had a few lovely treatments, and Meki is the massage queen. I also had a delicious dinner at Gusta. Whoever manages this place has a great team.

The spa was a real treat, especially the woolbath. The hotel is lovely, with good food, great staff and a great location.

So friendly everywhere, and the hotel itself is very nice. The interior has loads of professional details. The kitchen was so, so nice 👍

The spa was clean and spacious, and hardly anyone else was using it while we were there. We also got a considerate call a few hours after arriving to see if we wanted a table at the restaurant that evening. The service was excellent, and the food, made mostly with local products, was a highlight. With the calming nature around the hotel, it was a lovely place to feel remote and relax. A couple of things could be better: the mattresses felt a bit firm, though some people may like that, and I’m not a fan of the sliding bathroom doors.

We could bike everywhere easily, and the location was perfect. Our son loved seeing all the little airplanes and people jumping every day. He’s 3.5 and didn’t want to leave after our nearly week-long family stay. He also loved the pool, and we enjoyed the sauna and spa. Melissa gives a great classic massage. The gym is small but just right. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh-squeezed orange juice. There weren’t many vegan choices, but when I asked, they made me the best oatmeal I’ve ever had and brought vegan yogurt daily. Dinner had limited vegan options too, though the staff were able to accommodate us.
